If you have young children age 0+,
take advantage of this fun class series that exposes them to nature and the
opportunity to use their senses to discover the desert. Participation is free
for kids and their parents. The classes run the last Friday morning of most
months through October.

Chihuahuan Desert Nature Center is also a sponsor of our Texas Mountain Trail Events Summit on February 27th. If you are a part of an organization that holds event in Brewster, Presidio or Jeff Davis County, you need to be a part of this! Participants at the Event Summit will build a comprehensive regional events calendar, build partnerships and share resources with the goal of creating more successful events in the region!
