Now that it has warmed up nicely, we're already thinking ahead to the spring and summer. Yesterday we featured the Hummingbird and Butterfly Trail at
Fort Davis' Chihuahuan Desert Nature Center...here are some shots we took there in late summer...so very pretty!

Your photos give me hope that spring is just around the corner. Lately on these warmer days here in San Angelo, I have been looking for the first sprouts of the mesquite but I know that is still a ways off, but I can still hope...
Texas Parks & Wildlife's weekly TV program did a great story on the Big Bend State Park & the Rio Grande last night. I wished I had recorded it.
