Our Texas Master Naturalist group of volunteers were honored to stay at
Guadalupe Mountains National Park's research facility, the historic
Ship on the Desert. The sunsets were spectacular from the roof of the second Guadalupe Mountains home of Wallace E. Pratt, which was built in the 1940s.
