Brought to you by Wilma Schindeler, former general manager of the Gage Hotel, Wilma is a yoga instructor and owner of the Casa La Vista Retreat Center in Marathon and Massage Across Texas. There's a retreat coming up June 20-23, and one following July 18-21.
