A worker!
Some dung beetles, from the scarab family, are known as "rollers," as they'll roll dung into balls to use as a food source or a brooding chamber. We recently found him working at the Chihuahuan Desert Nature Center, on the grounds of the Botanical Garden. About halfway through this 15 second video, the beetle will stop, walk on top of the ball and get to work again.
